Made to Measure Price Promise:

The price promise covers products made using fabrics chosen from the Client through samples in the studio or on the website. Ana ensures the best quality fabrics are used throughout all designs and handmade garments made in house and sold online.

Deposit:

A deposit of 25% is required before any garment works are taken place. This a non-refundable deposit. Once final fitting has taken place and garments are taken home, they cannot be refunded.

Measurements:

It is advised that you use a seamstress or dressmaker to take all body measurements to ensure the perfect fit. 

Fabrics:

We do our best to represent the colour and texture of our fabrics as closely as possible using modern digital imaging. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t differences between the website image and the actual fabric. Reasons for the colour being displayed differently include factors such as colour monitors and graphics cards.
